Dr. Janet Rogers has had a varied career! Working in food service in her 20s, she transitioned into software training and support in the legal and financial services industry in New York City in her 30s and 40s. She decided to become a chiropractor and graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2004 just before she turned 50 years old. Dr. Janet at the time was convinced that she had found her true mission changing people’s lives through chiropractic care. But life always has surprises for us – at the same time, she discovered a new love of personal fitness, losing over 50 pounds and competing in CrossFit and Olympic lifting competitions. She followed this passion and qualified to compete in the International CrossFit Games in 2015, where she placed 6th in her age group. In 2017, Dr. Janet made a career change to become a personal trainer, which allows her to live in her highest values of personal fitness, health, and nutrition.

Currently, Dr. Janet works as a personal trainer/nutrition expert at Equinox Sports Club in New York City, as well as working one on one with clients in person and online. She specializes in working with women age 40 and above and believes that guiding her clients to get control of their body and their food positively influences every area of their life.
