Originally from upstate NY, Dr. Tracy comes from a background in sports including professional dancing and rugby. The demands of both sports led to her needing regular chiropractic care from her aunt. As a pre-med major in college, she decided that the best way for her to serve her community was to help people to live their best life in the most natural way with the help of chiropractic.

Dr. Tracy graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Davenport and became certified by the National Board of Chiropractic examiners in 2006. Since graduating she has been a part of ACA, WCA, ICPA, and Palmer Chiropractic Rugby Alumni Association. She is Webster certified and is also working towards ICPA pediatric and prenatal certifications.

While at Palmer, she started the first women's rugby team. Since then she has been named the DDPAT 2019 alumnus of the year and is a member of the All decades team (2000-2010).
